This is a bit broad. How can I make it more specific?

Simply adding a little more detail would clarify your question. It doesn't have to be too elaborate; maybe just, "Given the health risks and uncertainly of school and community spread of Covid 19, how do teachers feel about being forced back into school?"

I would suggest adding more detail to your question. Is this question in reference to the COVID-19 pandemic? Who (gov, school, county) is recommending that teachers go back to school? Why would teachers want to/not want to go back to school.
