1)Henry’s boots are uncomfortable so he tried to return them to the store.

2) The boys threw themselves down and tried to hide from their mothers.

3) Don’t worry; I myself will be the one onstage tonight.

4) The bus lost it’s wheels and it crashed onto their lawn.

5) Everyone wanted to see another movie so we stayed at the mall.

If you break down each sentence into its clauses that may help. For instance, the first one has one clause, “so,” and then a second clause.
