Yes, but you would have to get very creative! When approaching writing tasks like this one I like to group words that go together.
Adjectives: obstinate, flamboyant, robust
Nouns: concoction, stooge, misogynist, dysmorphophobia
From these words I'm already sensing that your conflict will probably be centered around a flamboyant protagonist's dysmorphophobia and perhaps the antagonist could be the obstinate misogynist?
Now a stooge is someone who is a servant that does "dirty" work, so I'm sure your stooge could make a robust concoction to aid the protagonist's mission of your choosing.
