a)
H2(g) + I2(g) <==> 2HI(g)
0.245...0.199........1.563......Equilibrium [ ]
Kc = [HI]2 / [H2][I2]
Plug in the values and calculate Kc, just as I did in my previous answer.
b)
H2(g) + I2(g) <==> 2HI(g)
0.745...0.199........1.563
-x..........-x.............+2x......C
0.745-x....0.199-x....1.563+2x
Use the value of Kc determined in (a) above and solve for x and use to determine new concentrations of each species.
