Female 1 could be Homozygous Dominant or Heterozygous Dominant as her parents were both Heterozygous.
Her husband is Heterozygous Dominant as he doesn't show the disorder but his father passed on the recessive allele to all of his children.
Scenario 1: Homozygous Dominant (F) x Heterozygous Dominant (M)
AA x Aa ------> 3/4 of offspring are AA and 1/4 are Aa.
Scenario 2: Heterozygous Dominant (F) x Heterozygous Dominant (M)
Aa x Aa-------> 1/4 are AA, 1/2 are Aa, 1/4 are aa.
