Help with a Physics problem: How do I solve and what should I get?

A flat puck of mass M is rotated in a circle on a frictionless air table, and is held in this orbit by a mass m where mass m is at in equilibrium as shown in the figure. Find the tangential speed of the puck. Show all the steps.

If you want to have the puck to make one revolution per second, then what is the ratio of masses, m/M when R = 1 m and g = 10 m/s^2. Show the steps
