Firstly to answer your question let us consider, a matter of how the question was asked. the Definition of a Differential Diagnosis, It is a list of the possible disease(s) or medical conditions plural, that COULD be causing a set of symptoms. Breast cancer IS a Diagnosis, not a symptom, SO I believe your asking for the FACTORS or symptoms, that lead to the Diagnosis, of HER2 positive breast cancer. The question itself is inundated by bad grammar. I/anyone CANNOT give you the differential diagnosis of a diagnosis. lol. HER2 stands for epidermal growth factor 2, this protein is present in roughly 1/4-1/5 breast cancer cases. One last thing, before I Give u SOME of the factors that lead to Breast Cancer, some factors are difficult to contribute specifically to his disease, so I will list the most common ones, since the exact cause of the HER2 protein in some cases of breast cancer is NOT understood.
.) Cysts, or breast lesions
.) Scarring and/or loss of fat by cellular necrosis
.) Larger ducts under the areola.
.) General Inflammation of the breast cancer site, including thicker skin.
