So when we think about the short story by Edgar Allen Poe, we are often bombarded with one powerful scene after the other, but the concept is to really study the details in the text. From line 6 to 13 in the Fall of the House of Usher, we see that the protagonist has graced their presence, and thusly from there, we see striking scenes of nervousness and uniqueness coming from the brother, as well as a sulleness from the sister. So my advice is to go back through and dig through those 7 paragraphs and try to analyze the actions of each of the characters. See what you can find, underline, highlight, and take notes. Poe is an author best suited to read up close.
