The city government is planning to construct a new children's playground.

Itwants to fence in a rectangular ground using one of the walls of a building.

The length of the new playground is 15m longer than its width and its area is

greater than the old playground. The area of the old playground is 2200 m^2. What could be the area of the new playground? What could be its length and width? Is it possible that the value of w is negative? Why?
