To answer the second part. Do you you think everyone has various ways of learning? Think of yourself, do you have different ways of learning? Are you a visual learner, or an auditory learner (learn by hearing), or both? Do you have peers who share your way of learning, or who learn in other ways? When you answer these questions, you should be able to answer the second part of the question.
