visually it looks like a triangle with 2 equal sides and 2 equal angles, an isoscolese triangle
IF so, then 7x-3 = 11y+5
or 7x-11y = 8
or 7x = 11y+8
and x = 11y/7+8/7
It might even be an equilateral triangle, with all 3 sides equal and all 3 angles equal
Just looking at it, it seems it might be. Or at least very close.
then 7x-3 = 11y+5 = 60 = 180/3
7x-3=60
7x = 63
x = 63/7 = 9
11y+5 = 60
11y = 55
y = 5
