I agree with Shana. However, you might want to consider the era of your topic and/or era of your subject or object(s). Since "gorgeous" and "stunning" are synonyms for each other, consider structuring your sentence with each word and listening for how each sounds as you read both versions aloud. What is the picture that you vision and want your reader or listener to vison? You are the artist who will draw in your reader/listener's attention. For some, stunning sounds more sophisticated. You can use these suggestions in your writing and editing for school, work, etc.
