Is bacteria a type of cell?

It seems very similar to plant cells with cell wall, has a nucleus. They look like bad cells that do not need to be formed inside bodies, but once in bodies of animals, multiplies and creates toxins, that causes diseases like for example Tetanus. idk, this is just my thought. So are bacteria cells?

Bacteria, as prokaryotic cells, lack these internal membrane-bound structures. Unlike a human muscle cell or blood cell, a bacterial cell is a self-sufficient living being.
