Hi Aniya,
The first thing to realize is that a car will move the length of the tires circumference every time it makes one revolution. You can think of this like taking a string that wraps around the tire and then laying it flat. So what we want to solve is the circumference of the tire and then multiply it by the number of revolutions (64). The circumference of circle is:
C = dπ
where d is the diameter and C is the circumference. This should give you enough information to solve the problem on your own now. Hope that helps!
