You can use elimination process here. Note that for x=0 you can eliminate option a and option d since 60(0.8)⁰=60 and 60(1.6)⁰=60 and both option are not 74.8.

Next try x=1 for option b and c. You can eliminate b since 75(1.6)¹=120 not even closed to 60.2, therefore only possible option is c.
