It sounds simple but be very friendly. Two of my friends love to meet new people. Every day each of them talks to strangers at stores, sitting on a park benches or taking a buses. Most people like to talk and usually are patient with people who struggle with the language.
Talk to kids. They are easy to talk to, particularly five years old and up. You don't have to worry about your fluency. It will give you comfort and practice in English.
Singing is a terrific way to practice English. Memorize a song and go for it!
Select someone on TV who sounds the way you would like to sound. Best if you pick a talk show host or a newscaster as they are trained to speak well. Tape their show and while holding your remote control, repeat a sentence they said until you feel it sounded good, and then continue. Same with a movie.
Practice is the best way to improve. Having conversations will be the most helpful way to improve.
