To conjugate verbs in the present subjunctive, you use the opposite ending ( -ar present indicative endings for ir/er verbs and -er/ir endings present indicative for -ar verbs). So, for (1) you would say, trabajemos, and for (2) you would say estudies. Notice how I did the opposite endings.

To add to the other inputs, for the present subjunctive tense, not only do you switch the endings (-ar verbs get -er endings and -er and -ir get -ar endings), you also must use the present tense yo form. So, for example tener-to have is tengo in the yo form. You drop the “o” than flip your endings: yo tenga, tú tengas, él/ella/usted tenga, nosotros tengamos, vosotros tengais and ellos/ellas/ustedes tengan.

Remember that all the words in subjunctive switch endings with er-ir. Yo trabaje, tú trabajes, él trabaje, nosotros trabajemos, vosotros trabajeis, ellos/ ustedes trabajen.
