To conjugate verbs in the present subjunctive, you use the opposite ending ( -ar present indicative endings for ir/er verbs and -er/ir endings present indicative for -ar verbs). So, for (1) you would say, trabajemos, and for (2) you would say estudies. Notice how I did the opposite endings.
