Computer Science: Specializing in Python
Although this seems very much like a homework question, I am still interested in giving my own opinion on it.
Assuming that all computer scientists are required to understand how websites are built and operate, there would definitely be a larger increasing in the ability to correctly community across teams.
Now for an opinion:
I personally do not believe "all" computer scientists should be required to learn web development. I do however, believe, any new information learned gives you an advantage. If you are great at developing utilities in C, deploying ML models in TensorFlow, Python, whathaveyou, that's great! But if you enter a job that heavily requires your backend skills, and the front-end team is working closely with the backend, the coworker on your team that played with webservers will typically have the advantage, or at least become the main intermediary.
