MLA no longer requires URLs for where items may be published since they are not static. If a doi is present, most guides want students to cite the doi. Otherwise, websites are left off MLA citations (unless required by the instructor.) REMEMBER: when creating a works cited page, the first line is flush with the margin, and the following lines have hanging indents of 0.5" :
