Well I had a dream! That dream was that every student knew the power of anaphora. There you go and there is a very fancy word to impress your English teacher with. You are welcome. It is a rhetorical device that uses repetition. Martin Luther King uses this style and rhetorical devices throughout his "I have a Dream," speech. So look here you got this. I know you do. What is being repeated over and over?.
"But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity."
