You can improve the structure of your short essay paragraph by making sure that you have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. In this essay paragraph, you've got a fairly good introductory sentence, but the body of the paragraph has room for improvement, as does the concluding sentence. Remember that in an essay this short, every word and sentence counts, as does the order. Look at the following sentence:
Such accidents usually happen for one of two reasons.
This sentence actually works with the preceding sentences to clearly identify the thesis of the essay.
Now, read back over your paragraph. Have you clearly identified what the two reasons are? You can do this quickly and easily by including the reasons in that sentence. For example, "Such accidents usually happen for one of two reasons, defective fireworks or operator error." By including the reasons in that sentence, you provide greater clarity and organization to the remainder of the body of the paragraph.
Your conclusion should wrap up the essay and provide a reminder of the introduction, but your thesis is also something that needs to be addressed. Consequently the two-part nature of the reasons that fireworks are dangerous needs to be addressed in the conclusion.
