To caption this picture I would start by jotting down key words that came to mind right when I first opened the picture.

For example:

Cows

Sunset

Packed

Corral

Pen

From there I would take those keywords and create a sentence from them, eliminating any duplicates.

Cows packed in a corral at sunset.
