Do different birds have a differnt anatomy?

At the moment I'm participating in a competition which requires me ot possess knowledge of Ornithology so for the past month I've been doing a compacted Ornithology course but there are still holes in my understanding. One of my current ones is are there anatomy differentiations between differnt species of birds? I know that external anatomy is obviously different and that the basic internal anatomy is the same but are there any small discrepancies which present themselves between different birds and if so where would I find the anatomy of different species of birds?
