This would be a great opportunity to talk about seeing an angry customer in the check-out lane at a store or a restaurant.
You could also discuss perhaps how a fellow student may have given up on a problem they didn't understand or the way they may have talked back to a teacher.
Maybe you have a friend who's mad at someone: they got their feelings hurt, took something the wrong way, etc. You could talk about how it should've been handling differently.
Another option is maybe you have a sibling or family member who wants something that they didn't get. How could this issue have been avoided?
