You can use desmos or a graphing calculator to graph y = -0.035x2 + 1.4x + 1. Doing so will get you something like this:
So the parabola opens down. Consequently, it has a maximum and that maximum height is 15 yards.

There appears to be a problem with this problem. If you use -b/2a to get the vertex, the maximum height is close to 30. If you plug in the 41 for X, the Y value for height is slightly over 60.02/09/20
