One reason that Shakespeare's work is called "classic" or "timeless", as that it addresses subjects that are human, that have always existed among humans and that still exist among us. Yes, the subjects cited above are some of them, as are the concerns about lying and deceit (quite contemporary!), political misdeeds (very contemporary), and, of course, questions of love and madness (are these sometimes the same thing or provoked by the same things?).
