Here is the original text which I should paraphrase:

" Over the last 20 years, both the number of employers offering a range of Family-Friendly Work Practices (FFWPs) and the number of employees taking advantage of such opportunities has increased. While other factors obviously come into play, four arrangements have been found to be particularly important."

And here what I have written. Is it good? what should I improve?

"There are more unemployed people and managements who are willing to participate in FFWPs since 20 years ago; In addition, among all element of one's being participate, four of them have more influence."

The meaning of the first sentence - both the numbers have increased: of the employers offering benefits and the employees taking advantage. So try to paraphrase now.
