There is a lot to unpack here. Since this sounds like an assignment, I am not sure it's ethical to edit this for you in its entirety. Instead, I will do the first few lines to help you get a feel for what is required.
"Chief T. C. Davis, Grapevine's Fire Chief, makes a special effort each year to visit every classroom in the county to talk about fire prevention. He says educated kids can help educate parents about fire prevention. He gives every student a safety checklist to take home."
Try to read each line and make logical decisions about where things can be improved. It may take several passes. Correct misspelled words (safety), add periods at the end of sentences, use commas for parenthetical elements, etc. Since I can only assume that the sentences are intended to be corrected as written, certain words can only be used certain ways. For example, "grapevines" doesn't make sense in the sentence unless it is a proper now, and possessive, as it would be if Grapevine were the name of a town, and T. C. Davis is the town's Fire Chief. Once you go through the paragraph this way, try it again and look for more errors. Then go through and count up the various elements you need. If there are any that you can't find, like the double negative, reread it until you find it. In that case, it would be "doesn't have no fires." Good luck, and let me know if you need more help!
