I agree with Masha. The only thing I would like to add is that in addition to being "pro" or for vaccinations, there is also a political skew, if the person using the term is against people who support vaccinations.

This term has to do with people who believe in getting children vaccinated. There is controversy over whether some vaccinations cause Autism. Before you watch this please remember that vaccinations had virtually wiped out Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) in the United States https://youtu.be/VPOrnU3ImxI. However, these diseases are on the rise again because more and more parents are not allowing children to get vaccinated due to these fears. Some doctors think bad reactions from the vaccination can be avoided by giving the Vaccines seperately instead of all at the same time. What do you think?

I actually haven’t heard the term. I would think it would more likely be used for those who promote vaccination. Those who give us vaccines would be scientists and clinicians.
