tanθ is an odd function. So, tan(-θ) = -tanθ.
The given expression can be rewritten as (-tan34° - tan110°) / (1 - tan34°tan110°)
= -(tan34° + tan110°) / (1 - tan34°tan110°) = -tan(34° + 110°) = -tan(144°)
