That is a great question. The simple answer is YES!. Unready is an adjective and it can be used to describe nouns that you want to express as "not prepared for a situation or activity".
Examples include:
He was unready for his exam. She was unready and unwilling to go out in the cold.
Note: It is not commonly used since people use "not ready", but if you use it correctly you don't have to worry.
