There is more than one way to do this but here is one way to try

if she runs 2 1/3 miles in 2/5 of hour, she runs 1/2 that in 1/5 of an hour

1/2*(2 1/3) = 1/2 * 7/3 = 7/6

So she runs 7/6 miles in 1/5 of an hour. 5/5 would equal 1 whole hour

So 5 * 7/6 = 35/6= 5 5/6 miles
