The answer is No because not all the contributors were established authors in terms of experience as a function of length of authorship and number of publications. The authorship of 'The Sea is Ours', was a combination of experienced authors though, some, not yet known outside their genres while others had just began getting their works published. For instance, authors like Allesa Hinlo, Olivia Ho and Z.M. Guynh had only few publications prior to 'The Sea is Ours' whereas authors like Marilag Angway, Kate Osias among other authors of the anthologized 'The Sea is Ours' had been longstanding authors with significant number of publications.
