You can absolutely make a story from these few words! You have a number of words available to help create setting via location (class, college, campus, canteen), time of day (morning), and words that entice the senses (busy, sound), all of which are essential components of storytelling. You also have some potential characters (friends). Combine these with the other three essential components of storytelling (plot, conflict, and resolution) that you create - the sky is the limit, here! - and you have created yourself a story!
