Neither. "Come from" is usually used when describing a town, state, or country a person lived in, e.g. "He comes from Nashville, Tennessee." With "house" you can be more descriptive, so a better way to say it is, "The house she grew up in", "The house her parents owned when they first were married", "The house she lived in during her high school years", etc.
