Hello, great question. There are no requirements beyond what you schedule when signing up with a tutor. Wyzant even offers the Good Fit Guarantee incase you don't like a session or tutor. You can either request a refund or assistance applying your payment to a new tutor.

However, there is a cancellation policy once you book with a tutor. If you cancel your appointment with in the cancellation period, you will forfeit the fee you paid for the session. Each tutor has a different cancellation policy unless you use the "Book Now" feature. Book now provides a 24 hour cancellation policy.

There is no contract per sec specifying a minimum or maximum number of lessons - that is entirely up to you. All you are agreeing to is that, for each lesson you take, the fee would be paid by whatever financial source you arranged with WyzAnt. However, in the case of a cancellation or no-show, then you'd also be liable for whatever cancellation fee the individual tutor stated in their profile.
