What obstacle or hazard or bad situation appears on the road? Or maybe in the sky above them?

I would suggest answering some very basic WH questions:

WHO are the men?

WHAT are they talking about?

WHERE is the street? ...are they coming from?... are they going?

WHEN is this event happening?

WHY are they walking? they walking together?

HOW do they feel? ...did they end up together?
