Challenging part of this sentence is 私ほど meaning "as much as me/myself" and 自分"self".
These words are throwing you off.
You wonder if 自分 is about herself or myself...
Here is how understand: Interpret 自分as herself
First, you take 私ほどout from the sentence to get the main idea in this sentence.
彼女は、自分のことを好きじゃない。
then change the word order to understand this sentence.
彼女は、自分のことを好きじゃない、私ほど。
私ほど、彼女は、自分のことを好きじゃない。
This will clarify the meaning of this sentence as ”She does not like herself as much as I like myself."
As for her, as much as me, herself, does not like - She doesn't like herself as much as me. (I like her more)

I'd say A: She does not love herself as much as I love myself. Grammatically, it could also be interpreted as C: She does not love herself as much as I love her, but it is more natural to interpret it as A because then you're comparing the same thing - how much one loves oneself.09/09/19
