When simplifying the sentence, look first at any vocabulary that may need explanation. In devising an answer for your question, I looked up "pocket squares" and "apparatuses" just to make sure I had a clear understanding of the sentence myself. First of all, I'm not sure apparatuses is the best word to use as it is defined as being machinery or technical equipment. In my understanding, the sentence is about the decorative handkerchief that is often found in the pocket of a man's suit coat. Unless the purpose of this vocabulary is to creatively disguise the true meaning, there really is no reason to state it this way. A simpler version of the sentence might read as such: For a man of style, pocket squares can be a standout accessory. Or The perfect pocket square placed in a man's suit coat pocket is a vital part of creating a standout style.
