Drosophila reference genome?

Does anyone know the details about which line they are using to sequence as the *Drosophila melanogaster* reference genome?

The "reference genome" for D. melanogaster would not be a single sequence but several reference sequences each corresponding to a chromosome from the genome. You can find the reference assembly here:

In the replicon section you can find a reference sequence (RefSeq column) for each of D. melanogaster's chromosomes.
