Convert the point (x, y) to (-y, x) in order to rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise.
For example, if I had the point (9, -3), then x=9 and y=-3. Since -y is the opposite of negative three -(-3), the new point would be (3, 9).
Translate a point (x, y) to (x+h, y+k) where h is the horizontal change, and k is the vertical change. A downward or leftward translation will be negative. An upward or rightward translation will be positive.
For example, if I want to translate the previous new point (3,9) upward 4 units and to the right six units, then that's h=6 and k=4. The translated point will be (3+6, 9+4) or (9, 13).
If you can follow the examples I gave for rotation and translation, then you can answer your specific question. Let me know it turns out!

Can you explain to me how you would get the answer to (4, -3) rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. Wouldn't it be (3, 4)?01/09/23
