Master's Degree in Social Work with 2 Years of Field Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work takes 4 years. A Master's Degree will usually take 2 years. If you obtain a B.S.W, most graduate schools will allow you to follow an Advanced Standing program which accelerates the process and allows you to get your M.S.W in less than 2 years.
