App anime caracters?

I have a questionFor example i'm a begginer java programmer And i want to built an game in android How i can get a anime caracters thats drawing for just my special ,thats mean new anime caracters for my special app

If I am correct you can commission artists to draw what you want. It is not free, unless they are willing to assist you on learning. An easy spot to find artists is on forum like Deviant Art and anything similar to that. You can try asking around there for artist to help you out, but its always great to support an art. They work hard and deserve a lot.
