A good title for an essay is always inspired by the content of the essay. When you try to think of a title ask yourself:

1. What is the purpose of my essay? In your case you've already said "argumentative"
2. What is the main point of my essay? You said raise the minimum wage but are you arguing for, or against the raise?
3. Choose a title the reflects your thesis

Don't be upset if you don't have an extremely creative title. As long as it is relevant to the content it's ok!
