Or in the case that this is some type of indie game, or a cheaper, lesser known mobile game, it would probably be mildly acceptable.
Bugs in games should never be left in if they are UI-related, or engine/mechanics related.
Leaves a sour taste in the mouth if it was a for-profit game.
If it were a collision bug, or a 2-model overlap graphical bug, it would entirely acceptable.
