(1) The quote (the larger quote as well as the selection you've presented) is an allusion to The Declaration of Independence.
(2) There is repetition that is really powerful in this selection ("In our courts"). That repetition builds as Atticus builds his argument about what "our courts" truly stand for after all.
(3) Parallel structure is key to his argument.
(4) Artistic appeals are being implemented to a great result. Ethos is being used with calling the court "honorable". Atticus is also using pathos in reminding the listeners about the "great" country they live in.
