I have not learned yet how to convert slope-intercept form to standard form. Any help will be appreciated.

You want it in the form

 

Ax + By = C

 

with A > 0.

 

y = (-3/5)x - 4

 

Add (3/5)x to both sides.

 

(3/5)x + y = -4

 

Multiply both sides by 5.

 

3x + 5y = -20
