You need to provide more information to do this correctly, but here is the general outline of how to do it.

 

You convert your absorbance to some units like mole/liter or M or mM, etc.  Assuming this is the absorbance of either the product (appearing in a an enzyme rx) or that of the reactant (disappearing in an enzyme rx), you can then report the ACTIVITY of the enzyme as M or mM per time per mg protein.  If you want specific calculations, either post the question again with more detail, or message me.
