You convert your absorbance to some units like mole/liter or M or mM, etc. Assuming this is the absorbance of either the product (appearing in a an enzyme rx) or that of the reactant (disappearing in an enzyme rx), you can then report the ACTIVITY of the enzyme as M or mM per time per mg protein.
