What is the size of the proton, neutron, and electrons of aluminum?

I have a project to due on aluminum and i need to know the size of the neutron cloud, size of the proton, neutron, and electron of aluminum; also a 3D model scale to size😳

Neutron cloud?  Do you mean electron cloud?  And when you ask about the "size" of the proton, neutron and electron in aluminum, do you mean the number of each?  We don't usually talk about the "size" of these subatomic particles.  If you area asking about the NUMBERS, then for Aluminum-27 they are as follows:

Protons = 13

Electrons = 13 

Neutrons = 27 - 13 = 14

 

As for the valence electrons, or the electron cloud, you would have 3s² and 3p¹ electrons.
