Neutron cloud? Do you mean electron cloud? And when you ask about the "size" of the proton, neutron and electron in aluminum, do you mean the number of each? We don't usually talk about the "size" of these subatomic particles. If you area asking about the NUMBERS, then for Aluminum-27 they are as follows:
Protons = 13
Electrons = 13
Neutrons = 27 - 13 = 14
As for the valence electrons, or the electron cloud, you would have 3s2 and 3p1 electrons.
