From the balanced equation, which is given to you, note the mole ratio. That is 1 mole Zn produces 1 mole ZnCl2. Find moles Zn in 30.0 g of Zn (hopefully you know how to do this). Then that will be the same number of moles of ZnCl2 formed (1:1 ratio). To find the MOLARITY, simply divide that number of moles by the volume in liters (0.260 liters). Done.
